To request a price match refund, just email info@theexpatmarketplace.com including: the name of the website where the product is cheaper, and a telephone number, address, website, and email if available. We will contact you within three business days, as soon as we have reviewed your request.
Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 14 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.
Please note: to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price-match refund guarantee to genuine customers, the acceptance of all refund requests is ultimately at the discretion of The Expat marketplace.com, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
