If I change my mind...
Within 7 days
In accordance with the EU distance selling directive UKS allows you 7 working days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by a copy of your receipt. If you do decide to return your item, you will need to contact customer services quoting your receipt number/order number before you send back your item. Once we have received your item in our returns department you will be issued with a refund or an exchange where appropriate. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. All photos stored on a digital support (memory card, hard drive etc.) and sent back to UKS by the User will not be kept. The deadlines mentioned above are effective as of the date of reception of the order.
For Refunds
- If the product is returned within 7 days of its delivery (the post mark being proof thereof), the User will be refunded by bank transfer if payment was made by bank card. If tests need to be carried out on the product, in the framework of the right of retraction, UKS will do its best to refund the User as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the After-Sales Service of your product’s manufacturer, for a maximum period of 3 weeks.

We're sorry but some items like foot spas and dental products can't be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they're faulty.
To protect your personal security, we are also unable to accept returns on some non-faulty imaging and recording products such as MP3 players and digital cameras.

All of the products we sell benefit from: - The legal guarantee of conformity; - The legal guarantee from hidden flaws; - The manufacturer’s guarantee for a period defined by the product purchased and the brand. Shipping fees of the products are the customer’s responsibility.
Depending on the problem UKS will handle possible repairs with the manufacturers.
Whatever the problem is with your product, you must attach, with the defective product, a copy of your invoice, the guarantee (in the box) and the return goods voucher. Please note that legal guarantees do not apply to repairs for damage caused by external origin (for example, accidents, shocks, fluctuation of electricity etc.) or by the user’s faulty usage of the product such as a non-conforming installation or using it for commercial purposes or using said product with incorrect peripherals, accessories or consumables. The manufacturer’s guarantees sold by UKS do not cover: -replacement of consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, recording heads or lasers etc.), -the abnormal use or non-conforming usage of products. We ask that you consult the user’s manual provided with the products -malfunctioning due to accessories (power cables etc.) -damage from external sources (shocks, accidents, electricity current fluctuations etc.).
In all cases, UKS will not be held responsible in the event that the manufacturer refuses to honour the warranty due to, but not limited to, any of the above noted reasons. In the event where the manufacturer will not provide service under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the customer.
Faulty goods Only Kitchen and Home Appliances:
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defects with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange. You will always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:- In “as new” condition, and- Complete, with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging). This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We will also pay for our costs of collecting goods for replacement or refund. Replacement goods are sent by standard delivery only and the delivery fees are payable by the customer. Responsibility

Article 1 : WHAT IS THE ZEN ENGAGEMENT?
A contract that allows you to:
be refunded for the first 12 months after your purchase in the form of credit to your bank

Article 2 : APPLICABLE CONDITIONS
The Zen Engagement must be taken out at the same time as the product is purchased. The Zen Engagement is limited to one single use. If your product breaks down, you have 12 months from the date of purchase to get a refund in the form of credit in your bank. The product must be returned to UKS so that the cause of the breakdown can be determined by technical examination. A refund will be issued once the technical inspection has been completed in the form of credit in your bank.
Article 3 : THE PRICE
The service costs 6.95% of the price of the selected product before tax (excluding delivery costs) and applies to all products (not including accessories, cables, batteries, memory cards etc.) with a value of over 2.50€ including VAT. Article 4 : CONDITIONS FOR REIMBURSEMENT
The product must undergo a technical inspection to identify the nature of the breakdown, to confirm that this does fall within the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty and that the product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (e.g. CD-Rom, cables, user manual etc.). If the problem is not covered by the warranty, the manufacturer will issue an estimate for repairs. A service charge shall be issued if the estimate is refused. If the estimate is accepted the amount should be paid to UKS.

UKS offers a choice of two types of extended warranty: The 3 year extended warranty extends the warranty by one year, providing a total warranty of 3 years. The 5 year warranty extends the warranty by three years, providing a total warranty of 5 years. The warranties are valid in all the European countries covered by the UKS network. The warranties are offered to you during the ordering process. Please note that the price of the warranty is directly dependent on the value of the product. The extended warranties operate according to the same conditions as the manufacturer’s warranty and cover parts and labour. If the manufacturer declares that the cost of repairs would be higher than the value of the product, the product shall be replaced by an identical product or a product that is considered to be an equivalent. The following are excluded from the warranty: - All problems and defects arising due to alterations made to materials by the owner without the express written consent of the manufacturer. - The cost of replacing parts or servicing or repairs due to ageing and normal wear and tear. - Shipping costs directly or indirectly related to the warranty. - Defects and damage resulting from misuse including: a) an inappropriate use of the materials or actions that go against the guidelines and instructions issued by the manufacturer. b) incorrect installation of software - Damage resulting from repairs carried out by a non-authorised repair centre or by the owner themselves. - Accidental damage, lightning, fires, poor ventilation or any other cause outside the control of the manufacturer. - Damage resulting from a problem in a system in which material has been incorporated Warning: Please note that the warranty shall not be valid if the model or serial number on the product has been modified.
If you had your item delivered, your order number - which can be found on your order acknowledgement -counts as your receipt/proof of purchase.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items such as earrings and cosmetics that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food and flowers), and periodicals/magazines. To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) may be returned to our store, or we can arrange collection for a charge. You may cancel an order for services in the same way, within seven working days of the date of purchase, unless the services begin sooner.
